How we handle your details
Short version: we keep your CV so we can put you forward for jobs, we never sell it, and we never charge you.
What we collect
The details you type into the form — your name, contact details, nationality, visa status, the kind of work you want, your experience and anything you add in the message box — and the CV file you upload. We also record the date and the IP address the form was sent from, which is how we spot automated abuse.
What we do with it
Our team reads it. Where a vacancy fits you, we pass your CV and contact details to that employer so they can interview you. That is the whole purpose of the service, and it is what you agree to when you tick the consent box. We contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email about vacancies.
What we never do
We do not publish your CV on a public website. We do not sell your details to advertisers or list-brokers. We never ask you for money — not for registration, not for a job offer, not for a visa. No legitimate employer or agency in the UAE charges a candidate for a job. If anyone asks you to pay in our name, it is not us, and you should walk away.
Who can see it
Inside our team, only the small number of people who run this service, each of whom signs in with a one-time code sent to their own email address. Outside it, only employers we are putting you forward to.
How long we keep it
Until you ask us to delete it, or until your details are too old to be useful — about two years.
Removing your details
Write to us with the reference number you were given after submitting, and we will delete your CV and your details. You can ask at any time and you do not have to give a reason.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Your CV is stored on our own server, not on a public file host, and the form is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile to keep automated submissions out.
